Purchase Process
The person responsible for payment for assessments should either complete the Purchaser’s Contract OR submit a Purchaser Order. Please do NOT submit a Purchaser’s Contract if a Purchase Order will be used. CTECS will assign and email you a contract number.
Purchasers are invoiced for the tests that were taken during the monthly billing cycle.
Credit Card Payment
All of the major credit cards may be used to pay for CTECS Workplace Readiness Skills Assessments. To pay with a credit card:
- Set up billing (Option 1 or 2 below)
- Request an invoice provided with a link to pay by credit card. Call/email Tim Withee at CTECS (404-994-6535 / twithee@ctecs.org) to request the linked invoice or to directly process your order.Note! A 3% fee is charged for each credit card transaction/invoice total. If you would like to reduce the fee to $0.50 per invoice/transaction, ask Tim Withee to set up an ACH payment.
The standard option of paying by check is also available.
Opton 1: Complete the Purchaser’s Contract (non-PO method)
Complete and submit the Virginia Purchaser Contract
After the form is submitted, you will receive a contract number to use to complete the Test Site Administrator Registration and Agreement form and enroll students.
Option 2: Submit a Purchase Order (PO)
One Purchase Order (PO) per school or division should be used for assessment purchases for the entire school year.
Make PO’s payable to: The Career and Technical Education Consortium of States (CTECS)
Email: POs should be emailed to Nina Acosta, Administrative Specialist – CTECS, nacosta@ctecs.org.
OR
Mail: PO’s can be mailed to CTECS, Attn: Nina Acosta,1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, GA 30033-4097.
Soon after CTECS receives and processes the PO, a CTECS Contract Number will be emailed to you. Use this Conract Nunber to complete the Test Site Administrator Registration and Agreement
Provide the Contract Number to each Test Site Administrator, if applicable.
