Starting school year, 2025-2026 local schools and/or districts will be responsible for paying for the initial End of Program Assessment (EOP). The State of Nevada will continue to pay for the initial Workplace Readiness Skills Assessment (WRS). 

Retakes for both EOP and WRS will be paid for by the schools/districts.  

The Nevada CTE 2025-2026 testing window is as follows: 

• February 9th -March 20th 
• Retakes April 13th-April 24th 

Prior to testing, YOU MUST submit your districts or school’s billing contact information to CTECS using the Nevada Billing Form.  The billing form must be submitted by January 30th, 2026 

You may request billing by district or school. Invoices will be submitted to the schools and districts following the March 20th deadline and again after the April 24th deadline. CTECS only bills for assessments taken.

• End of Program Assessment (EOP) – $8 
• RETAKE End of Program Assessment (EOP) – $8 
• RETAKE Workplace Readiness Assessments – $10 

Credit Card Purchases 

If you want to purchase by credit card, email or call Nina Acosta at CTECS (404-994-6536 / nacosta@ctecs.org) to set up the order. There will be a 3% fee charged for each credit card transaction/invoice total.

If you will not pay by credit card, follow the instructions to submit a purchase order.

Note!  The order form MUST list the school district/school as the paying authority. Students’ parents may NOT purchase assessments directly from CTECS.  

Submit a Purchase Order (PO) to CTECS. 

Please make the PO payable to the Career and Technical Education Consortium of States (CTECS). Be sure to specify the specific test title and quantity of each. 

PO’s must be emailed to twithee@ctecs.org   

Important!  Be sure the information on the PO is accurate. No refunds or credits are provided. No exceptions. You must test the EXACT number of students listed on the PO. If you over-order on students taking the retake exams, you will be charged for the number established in the PO.
