Ron D. McCage Award for Excellence

On November 6, 2019, at Bookbinders Restaurant, Richmond, Virginia, during the dinner and reception following the first day of the Community of Practice Conference, Ron D. McCage presented the award named in his honor to recipient, George R. Willcox. The award recognizes an individual from among Career and Technical Education Consortium of States (CTECS) membership who embodies the values, strengths, generosity, and diligence of Ronald D. McCage, the longstanding leader of our organization. 

On September 11, 2018, at the Firehouse Restaurant, Sacramento, California, during the dinner and reception following the first day of the Community of Practice Conference, Ron D. McCage presented the inaugural award in his name to recipient Dr. Sandra Krebsbach. The award recognizes an individual from among Career and Technical Education Consortium of States (CTECS) membership who embodies the values, strengths, generosity, and diligence of Ronald D. McCage, the longstanding leader of our organization.
